That's why I founded RUGBYNOMAD TOURS—to connect passionate rugby people with developing rugby nations where your skills, knowledge, and presence can make a lasting impact.

​Why Rugby Development Tourism
Having coached rugby for 20+ years across the U.S., Mexico, and internationally, I've witnessed firsthand how rugby changes lives. I've helped transform struggling clubs into champions, grown teams from 7 players to thriving 40+ member communities, and led teams to a national championship in Mexico (2022) and international 11s tourney championship in Thailand (2025). 

What I've learned: the most rewarding rugby experiences happen when you're giving back. Whether I'm running coaching clinics in New Delhi, leading training sessions in remote Botswana, or working with a grassroots program in Nicaragua, I've seen how sharing rugby knowledge creates connections that transcend language and cultural barriers and last a lifetime.

Through 50+ countries of travel and professional adventure/wildlife tour guiding experiences, I feel I understand how to create meaningful cultural exchanges that benefit everyone involved. My recent year-long journey through developing rugby nations—conducting a coaching clinic in India, training sessions in Botswana, to learning from coaches in South Africa—showed me where passionate rugby volunteers can make the biggest difference.
